I really like these! Juicy tasting but not overwhelmingly strong. Pleasantly chewy too! I didn’t taste any grittiness at all. I usually get 3g of creatine in a drink form and I’m excited to ramp it up to 5g by taking 2 gummies on top of my usual beverage. Love the color and flavor and excited to see if it improves my focus and muscle recovery.

I had to wait a little bit before I tried them to get the okay from my doctor since I had just given birth, but once I got back into working out, these were the perfect supplement to have by my side! These gummies are super convenient compared to the powder I used to use that would get everywhere and never dissolve. I just take 3 of these and am off to the races. The flavor and texture is decent - I’d say better than a typical gummy vitamin but not candy like. I haven’t had any digestive issues with these which is always a concern and I feel great. I probably need to use them a bit longer for the full efficacy but if you, like me, are tired of toting around powders and then attempting to drink gritty water, these are an awesome alternative.

Only recently learned how beneficial kreatine is, especially for women and for workouts, so I've been exploring the options out there and it's be rough! So many other brands are chalky and gritty and just have weird textures, and this one is smooth and feels like a perfect gummy texture like candy. The peach flavor tastest like a peach ring, very light and delicius, not overly sweet and doesn't have a strange lingering taste, I really love the peach flavor!

Not sure if being delivered in this heatwave change consistency of flavor but they are chewy chalky. I've now had them for about 2 weeks now and have see a little difference. So I will say these are the real deal and work. For me at least. I've gotten a little more energy. They are simple to use and decent size gummy.

I have been taking these gummies for about 2 months now. I see it’s effectiveness and a difference in my muscle recovery/energy, and muscle definition. I usually take 2 gummies (i know recommended is 3) after workouts. Make sure to increase my fluid intake and protein consumption during the day. For me, it’s an easier way to consume my daily creatine need, compared to dissolving the powder form, which in my opinion clumps and a little difficult to dissolve. I love the peach flavor and satisfies my sweet tooth once i take them in the morning.

Honestly they were pretty good I take creatine daily in powdered form and this is a good switch up. It has a great taste I got the Peach Flavor although it has it a tiny bit grainy that’s creatine so this is as good as you are going to get. For the price it’s a bit much in my opinion but you are paying for the luxury of having gummies instead of powder. All in all I enjoyed them and would get them again.

Came in good condition and arrived faster then expected. The gummies aren't very sweet and are a bit chewy but the quality is pretty good since they have creatine. I've been using them for the past few weeks and at first I didn't notice any quick improvements until the next week I took 3 a day after every meal and worked out daily. Throughout the process I began to notice my muscles much more after every workout and weight lifting became much easier I even began to rep heavier weight that I havent done before. It does take time to see improvements but it sure is worth it. I feel stronger and I'm more content whenever I workout.
